Activities
The activities your child enjoyed that day are posted on our information board, conveniently located near the front door. This helps parents connect with their children and what they both did during the day.
Here is a selection of activities your child can expect:

- Managed play sessions
- State required quiet time
A wide variety of toys are available for all genders.
What to Bring
- Socks
- Sippy cup or easy-to-open/close water bottle ($5 charge for daycare-supplied cup)
- Morning Snack (If children are ages 1-2 and staying between 10:15 and 10:30 PM)
- Lunch (If staying between 12:00 and 12:30 PM, no candy or nuts)
- Sleeping mat or child-size sleeping bag (If staying between 12:30 and 2:00 PM)
- Afternoon Snack (If staying between 2:45 and 3:00 PM, no candy or nuts)
Before- and After-School Care
Children attending Haine or Rowan Elementary Schools can get the bus to and from A Kid’s Place. **
- Pick-Up: 8:25-8:45 AM *
- Drop-Off: 3:20-3:45 PM *
* These are approximate times and are subject to change based on school calendars and traffic
** Transportation from AM kindergarten or to PM kindergarten is not included
